General Rules

Please familiarize yourself with the rules for using the services and facilities in the water area of AQUAHOUSE Thermal & Beach. They are mandatory for all visitors to the complex and guarantee your safety!

• Persons under 14 use the services of AQUAHOUSE Thermal & Beach only in the presence of a companion.
• Persons over 14 years of age, but under 18 years of age, are allowed in the complex unaccompanied only after a completed declaration of consent and that the guardian is familiar with the rules for the use of AQUAHOUSE Thermal & Beach.
• Persons under the age of 14 are not allowed in the outdoor sauna located in the Water Zone of the complex.
• Food and drinks are not allowed.
• Pets are not allowed.
• The importation of bicycles, mopeds, bulky objects, incendiary and explosive substances is not permitted. If necessary, please use the designated bicycle spaces.
• The emergency exits are used only after the express order of the employees of the complex.
• The lockers in the changing rooms can only be used after providing the corresponding number from reception, which is in accordance with their limited number. Please do not take actions that do not correspond to your physical capabilities and state of health.
• AQUAHOUSE Thermal & Beach is not responsible for lost or stolen items not deposited. Safes are at your disposal at the reception in the Water Zone.
• When you leave the site, the system automatically ends your stay and requires payment of the due amounts. Re-entry to the complex is only possible upon subsequent charging of an entrance fee.
• All additional services you use are charged to your bracelet. The due amount is paid at the reception when leaving the complex.
• It is mandatory to wear slippers and appropriate clothing (swimsuits, bathrobe or towel) when entering the area.
• The use of towels in the outdoor sauna, located in the Water Zone of the complex, is mandatory.
• Please tie up long hair with a swim cap, bun, or other appropriate manner before entering the pools.
• It is mandatory to use the showers before entering the water areas!
• The use of the water area by persons who have consumed alcohol or intoxicating substances is not permitted.
• Running in the areas around the pools and jumping in them is not allowed!
• The use of glass products on the territory of the water areas is prohibited!
• Taking food out of the restaurant and consuming it in other areas of the complex is not allowed.
• Smoking on the territory of the complex is allowed only in the places specially designated for the purpose.
• Please note that wearing swimming caps in the swimming pool is mandatory!
• Wearing slippers and appropriate clothing (swimsuit, bathrobe and/or towel) on the territory of the complex is mandatory!

SPA ETIQUETTE

• Pre-booking guarantees that you will receive the desired therapy at the most convenient time for you.
• Please let us know when you book if you suffer from high blood pressure, allergy, varicose veins or any other disease, or if you are pregnant.
• If you have a preference for a male or female therapist, please specify.
• This is the place to find out about the penalties you owe if you cancel your session.
• To fully enjoy the therapy, be with us 10 minutes before the reserved time. In case of delay, it will reduce its effectiveness. Your therapy must be completed in time so that the next guest is not harmed. The beginning of the therapy begins with the time of the reservation and ends with leaving the spa cabin. Shower time in the therapy room is procedural time.
• Spa reservation cancellation – sometimes you have to cancel the appointment. We at AQUAHOUSE Thermal & Beach expect you to notify us of this in a timely manner.
• Communication with the therapist is important. You can discuss with him/her all aspects of your program, including the light, sound and room temperature.

FITNESS RULES

• It is mandatory to enter the hall with clean shoes.
• It is not allowed to bring food into the hall.
• When working with the devices, please use a cloth to protect the leather parts.
• For questions about the correct use of the equipment, contact the instructors.
• Please put the weights and dumbbells back in their places after you finish working with them.
• Children under the age of 13 are not allowed in the fitness center.
• AQUAHOUSE Thermal & Beach is not responsible for valuables and personal belongings not deposited.
