Children's water gymnastics

Driven by the desire to help the health and proper growth of children, we offer to your attention our newest water activity for little ones - Children's water gymnastics at Aquahouse Thermal & Beach.

Water gymnastics has many benefits that improve the growth and development of children and help to:

• quick and easy regulation of excess weight;

• adjustment of incorrect posture and problems with the spine;

• overcoming defects of the feet

• increasing general immunity

Children's water gymnastics is suitable for children from 6 to 13 years old, in a group of up to 8 children. The classes are led by a rehabilitator.

We also offer our highly specialized program - Aquatic Analytical Gymnastics, which is suitable for children from 6 to 13 years of age with more pronounced symptoms in:

• scoliosis in an advanced stage;

• high overweight;

• other orthopedic diseases

Classes are held individually or in a group with up to 2 children with similar needs.
