Please familiarise yourself with the rules for use of the services and facilities in the AQUAHOUSE Thermal & Beach water area. They are mandatory for all visitors of the complex and guarantee your safety!
- Persons under the age of 14 may use the services of AQUAHOUSE Thermal & Beach only in the presence of an adult.
- Persons over the age of 14 but under the age of 18 are only admitted to the complex unaccompanied after completing a declaration of consent and that the guardian is aware of the AQUAHOUSE Thermal & Beach rules.
- Persons under the age of 14 are not allowed in the outdoor sauna located in the Aquatic area of the complex.
- No food or drink is allowed to be brought in.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Bicycles, mopeds, bulky items, flammable and explosive substances are not permitted. Please use the designated bicycle spaces when necessary.
- Emergency exits are to be used only when specifically instructed to do so by complex staff.
- Lockers in the changing rooms are to be used only after the appropriate number has been provided by reception, which is in accordance with the limited number of lockers. Please do not undertake activities that are not suitable for your physical ability and health.
- AQUAHOUSE Thermal & Beach is not responsible for lost or stolen items not surrendered for safekeeping. Safe deposit boxes are available at the reception desk in the Aquatic area.
- When you leave the property, the system automatically ends your stay and requires payment of any outstanding amounts. Re-entry to the complex is only possible when the entrance fee is next charged.
- Any additional services you use are charged to your wristband. The amount due is payable at the reception upon leaving the complex.
- Slippers and appropriate clothing (bathing suit, robe or towel) are required when entering the area.
- The use of towels in the outdoor sauna, located in the Aquatic area of the complex, is compulsory.
- Please tuck long hair in with a swim cap, in a bun or other appropriate manner before entering the pools.
- It is mandatory to use the showers before entering the water areas!
- Persons who have consumed alcohol or intoxicants are not allowed to use the water area.
- Running in the areas around the pools and jumping in them is not allowed!
- The use of glassware in the water areas is prohibited!
- It is not allowed to take food out of the restaurant and consume it in other areas of the complex.
- Smoking on the premises is only allowed in designated areas.
- Please note that wearing swimming caps in the swimming pool is compulsory!
- Wearing slippers and appropriate clothing (swimsuit, bathrobe and/or towel) on the premises is compulsory!
SPA TAG
- Booking in advance guarantees that you will receive the desired therapy at the most convenient time for you.
- Please let us know when you book if you suffer from high blood pressure, allergies, varicose veins or any other condition, or if you are pregnant.
- If you have a preference for a male or female therapist, please specify.
- This is the place to inquire about the penalties you owe if you cancel your session.
- To fully enjoy your therapy, be with us 10 minutes before your booked appointment. In case of lateness this will reduce its effectiveness. Your therapy must end on time so that the next guest is not harmed. Therapy starts at the time of booking and ends when you leave the spa. Shower time in the therapy room is treatment time.
- Cancellation of spa reservation - sometimes it is necessary to cancel the scheduled appointment. We at AQUAHOUSE Thermal & Beach expect you to notify us of this in a timely manner.
- Communication with the therapist is important. You can discuss all aspects of your program with him/her, including light, sound and room temperature.
FITNESS RULES
- It is mandatory to enter the gym with clean shoes.
- It is not allowed to bring food into the hall.
- Please use a towel to protect the leather parts when handling the equipment.
- If you have any questions about the proper use of the equipment, please see the instructors.
- Please put the weights and dumbbells back in their proper places after you have finished using them.
- No children under 13 are allowed in the fitness center.
