The program is designed for prevention, balneotherapy, and rehabilitation in the following conditions:

• coxarthrosis, gonarthrosis, spondylarthrosis, generalized deforming osteoarthritis;

• intervertebral disc disorders – discopathies and herniated discs;

• inflammatory joint diseases – mono- and polyarthritis, periarthritis, bursitis, insertionitis;

• joint syndromes associated with systemic diseases;

• conditions following fractures and surgical treatment;

• recovery after arthroscopy and joint replacement of the hip, knee, and shoulder joints.

Effect:

The program has anti-inflammatory and relaxing effects, helps reduce muscle spasms and pain, and increases joint range of motion. As a result, functional restoration of the musculoskeletal system is achieved, along with an improvement in quality of life.

The combination of balneotherapy with therapeutic mineral water and mud therapy with liman mud has a chondroprotective effect and contributes to long-term improvement of the musculoskeletal system.

The program includes:

• a medical examination by a specialist in physical and rehabilitation medicine with the development of an individual treatment plan—at the beginning and end of the program;

• electrotherapy and/or ultrasound therapy, magnetotherapy;

• hydromassage and/or manual massage;

• compresses with lye and/or mud therapy;

• kinesitherapy in a mineral pool;

• daily access to the thermal area, which includes outdoor and indoor mineral pools, saunas, steam rooms, and a salt room.
