Flotation is a therapy in a high-tech capsule for weightless sailing for the purpose of deep rest, meditation, body recovery and exploration of the possibilities of consciousness and mind. Float tank therapy is now used as a medical treatment to help all sorts of ailments, pain and disease.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR "SAILING" - WHAT TO BRING WITH YOU?
We advise you to bring slippers. If you don't have, we have disposable slippers, towels, bathrobes, hair dryer and bathroom accessories. If you have long hair, you can bring a brush. The flotation tank is entered without a swimsuit. The room is entirely for your personal use during your stay.
PREPARATION BEFORE FLOTATION
Do not consume caffeine or nicotine at least 3 hours before flotation;
It is good that at least 90 minutes have passed since your last meal;
Hydrate well the day before flotation, but do not drink a lot of fluids just before it, so you do not have to interrupt your "sailing";
If you have dyed hair, it is good to have had at least three washes before flotation (just in case we have a hat);
It is good that you have not had an oil massage on the same day - so magnesium dissolved in water will not be well absorbed through your skin;
If you had hair removal on the same day, salt can cause a slight burning sensation at the beginning of flotation;
The same goes for new tattoos. We advise you to choose another day for flotation;
If you wear contact lenses, be prepared to remove them before entering the tank;
Take at least 90 minutes of free time, in case your flotation is 60 minutes.
FLOTATION FOR THE FIRST TIME
For your first flotation, come 10-15 minutes before the appointment. Together we will choose the program you want - music, light. You enter the flotation room with the bracelet provided by the reception. Before you reach the room, you will use the lockers in the dressing room, where you can leave your clothes (in an individual locker, with access only by you) and put on a bathrobe. Before putting on the robe, take a shower to wash away the traces of the day. If you have chosen to enter the capsule with loose hair, please wash it well with shampoo. The use of hair conditioner is for after flotation. If you have make-up, clean it - it is good to keep your skin clean so that magnesium can be absorbed. It's a good idea to go to the bathroom to make sure you don't have to interrupt your flotation. We will provide you with earplugs - you will need them during flotation. You have 6 minutes to undress, mute your phone and prepare to enter the room. Then enter the flotation room. You can leave the lights on or turn them off - to your liking. The remote is in your hands.
When you are ready, you can enter the capsule. Enter only in a swimsuit. No synthetics, no touch. Take everything off except the swimsuit and the earplugs - they will protect you from salt in your ears and help you turn your hearing inwards; with them the experience will be truly immersive. You will also see a small towel, which is in case salt water enters your eyes. Close the top of the capsule as far as you want - fully or slightly open. Relax. Breathe. Don't think about the weather. Give your mind time to calm down and stop bothering you with questions about what's going on. When the time is up, the music and lighting will begin to return slightly. You will also hear the water begin to drain. It's time to go out.
Take a shower to wash off the salt. You will find a hairdryer in the dressing room. There are also your clothes - it's good to get dressed. You can stay to relax in the relaxation area or continue your day by going through the reception to return bracelet, share your feelings if you wish and leave the complex.
IN WHICH CASES TO POSTPON FLOTATION?
presence of large open wounds;
serious mental disorders.
